Greenwood Man is Charged with Arson

On November 18, 2014 deputies responded to Walmart in reverence to arson. Upon arrival deputies discovered that the news paper rack located inside the grocery entrance had been set on fire. Upon reviewing the video surveillance a black male was observed making several trips to the rack and on the final trip setting it on fire. Upon leaving the area for another call, one of the deputies that had viewed the video did recognize the suspect walking along highway 90 in the area of Arrowhead camp ground. The black Male was detained and identified through comparison of the recorded video.

Carlos Mario Edmon 38 years old
Greenwood, Florida
Charged with Arson
