Griffith Agrees To Probation Revocation

HOUSTON COUNTY:   Today Clarence Ray Griffith and his attorney agreed to a revocation of probation before Circuit Court Judge Brad Mendheim.


Griffith was on probation for Unlawful Manufacturing of a Controlled Substance and Unlawful Possession of A Controlled Substance. Both were meth.


While out from jail Griffith was arrested for 31 counts of Possession of Child Porn. A not guilty plea has been entered for the child porn charges.


Griffith remains in Houston County Jail.
