ABBEVILLE:  On behalf of the members of the Abbeville Police Department, the co-workers of Abbeville Police Lt. Noel Vanlandignham, they wish him a VERY - VERY Happy Birthday.

While the police department has some very good officers and investigators, no one has been able to determine through an extensive investigation just how old Noel is. We do know he has been with Henry County Sheriff Department and Abbeville Police Department about as long as Henry County has been a county. Which as some know, Houston County was Henry County until part of the land was taken away and Houston County was formed. So that has been a long time.

That will tell you how old Noel is.

Just kidding, Lt. Vandlandingham is a good officer and serves his community well. He works hard for the City of Abbeville and has spent many years on the evening shift protecting the citizens as they rest in their homes and walk about the streets of Abbeville.

His co-workers wanted to wish him a very Happy Birthday, as we at RSN do.
