DOTHAN:   If you were born in Dothan Alabama over the past number of years, there is a good chance your doctor was Dr. Bill Lies of Dothan Pediatric Clinic.

 

Today is Dr. Lies 90th birthday. HAPPY BIRTHDAY to Doc...

 

Dr. Bill Lies retired a number of years ago. He has touched so many lives of young people through his professional career. A many a parent has depended on Dr. Lies advise and wisdom as their children were growing.

 

In addition to the professional career, Dr. Lies has touched so many lives through his wife and children. Their home was always the center of attention for many people from all walks of life as his children were growing up. You never knew who would be in the Lies home.

 

And all were welcome and treated with love and concern. They always were genuinely interested in each and every young person that entered their home and life.

 

At 90, Doc is still very active. He lives alone and drives. He is active in playing bridge, weekly. Doc is writing a book.

 

HAPPY BIRTHDAY to a special man that has quietly touched so many lives, and, well seen so many children's behind!!!
