Hartford Fire Department Responds To Baler Fire

This afternoon, Hartford Fire Department was dispatched to a baler fire in a hay field off of Dundee Road. Hartford Brush Truck, Hartford Rescue 1, and Hartford Engine 1 responded quickly to the scene. When Hartford Fire Units arrived on scene, they advised Hartford Communications that there was approximately 1/2 acre on fire also. Hartford Fire quickly extinguished the Baler and the grass fire. 2 hay bales were also on fire at the location.
