Hartford PD Signs Rape Second, Sodomy Second and Enticing a Child Warrants against Hartford resident

The Hartford PD recently signed warrants for rape second, sodomy second and enticing a child against 42-year-old Robert P. Cook of Hartford according to a release by the Hartford PD earlier today.

The release was provided to RSN by the Geneva County District Attorney's office. According to information provided by the the DA's office, the charges against Cook involve actions he committed against a 15-year-old female.

Cook was arrested on the warrants issued,

* The Hartford PD also arrested Cortes, Hugo, 23-year-old male from Hartford. He is charged with violation of a protection order for domestic violence.

* The PD also investigated eight incidents in the last week.
