DeFuniak Springs Police need the public’s help in locating 34 year old August (Wayne) Piper. Piper was last seen on January 13, 2016 at approximately 3 PM on S. 21st Street. A family member stated that Piper became upset and drove away on a blue bicycle with chrome fender. Piper is described as being 5'10", 120lbs. - 130 lbs., short brown hair with some facial hair and a goatee. He has the name “Elijah” tattooed on the back of his right arm, and the name “Fallon” on the back of his left arm. Piper also has “Farrah” tattooed on his shoulder and “Piper” on the lower section of his stomach. He was last seen wearing a blue sweater, blue jeans and may have been wearing baseball cap. Family members are concerned for Piper’s safety.
