ALABAMA:    Have you thought about these issues?


1. The appointed for life Federal Judge ordered the Alabama Supreme Court Chief Justice to remove the Ten Commandments monument from the Alabama Supreme Court building.


2. The elected for six year term Alabama Chief Justice refused to obey the appointed for life Federal Judge’s order.


3. The judicial gods in Alabama then impeached Roy Moore as Alabama Supreme several years ago because he refused to remove the Ten Commandments monument from the Alabama Supreme Court building.


2. Years later the registered voters of Alabama elected Roy Moore, AGAIN, to the Alabama Supreme Court as Chief Justice.


3. The appointed for life Federal Judges ordered gay marriage license to be issued by Probate Judges of Alabama.


4. The elected for six year term Alabama Supreme Court Chief Justice Roy Moore issued an opinion contrary to the appointed for life Federal Court Judge order.


5. Then the judicial gods of Alabama decided they were not going to impeach Roy Moore as Chief Justice, but rather suspended him for the remainder of his term the registered voters elected him for, without pay. So they vacated his office.


6. Who are these "appointed" judicial gods that can vacate the office the people elected someone to? I do not know their names.

Since the judicial gods voided the vote of the registered voters of Alabama, there is a vacancy for Chief Justice of the Alabama Supreme Court. 


The person responsible to fill the vacancy for Chief Justice of the Alabama Supreme Court is....Alabama Governor.


You know him, Dr. Robert Bentley. The man under impeachment right now...


That should help the old Doctor turned Governor.


WHICH LEADS ME TO ANOTHER QUESTION


When the appointed for life Federal Judges ruled for Alabama Probate Judges to issue gay marriage license. Some have refused and stopped issuing marriage license at all.


Since Roy Moore was suspended over this issue, the Probate Judge’s who are not fulfilling their oath of office and providing services to the people of their counties in not issuing marriage license. And the reason is because of the appointed for life federal judge ruling.


So, does that make the Probate Judge’s up for impeachment or suspension. Like Fred Hamic in Geneva County.


Thought about calling Fred and asking, but it is 11:49 AM. He has a couch in his office to take naps and probably napping now. So I decided not to wake him up!
