Headland Man Charged with Attempted Assault 1st degree

On 08/27/2016 Officers responded to an assault involving a motor vehicle in the 1600 block of Alexander Drive. The victim received medical treatement at a local hospital.


Investigators have arrested and charged 30 year old Tyler Dale Hutton, Hamilton Place Headland, with Attempted Assault 1st degree. Bond will be set later today.


All persons arrested are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
