HEADLAND:    Reports are a Headland Police Officer has was on a traffic stop on Highway 431. As the officer went to pull off from the traffic stop reports are a vehicle, possibly a Trailblazer, struck the Headland Police Officer.

The Headland Officer was transported by Headland Rescue to a Dothan hospital fore treatment. It is not beleived that the injuries were serious.

Headland Police investigated the accident.

The Headland Police Officer involved in the accident received minor injuries. He will be treated and released from the hospital.
