Helium Tank Theft - Public's Assistance Requested

 On 10-27-2009, officers of the Marianna Police Department responded to the intersection of Wandell Street and South Street in reference to a theft complaint. Upon arrival, contact was with Century Link (Formerly Embarq) employees who were reporting the theft of a helium tank and regulator from a junction box site located at the intersection. The theft is believed to have occurred between 5 pm on 10-22-2009 and 06:30 am on 10-23-2009. The tank has been recovered without the regulator.

 

The Marianna Police Department is asking for anyone with information about this theft to please call Crime Stoppers at 526-5000 or the Marianna Police Department at 526-3125. Callers can remain anonymous, and a cash reward is available for information that leads to any arrests in regard to this crime.
