Hester Before Judge AGAIN And More Charges

DOTHAN: A Headland man living in Dothan was before Houston County District Court Judge Benjamin Lewis again this morning.
Kennon Obryan Hester was before the Judge in first appearance. Hester was informed more criminal charges were being lodged against him and he was going to be back before the Judge on Wednesday.
An additional Enticing Child warrant has been signed against Hester and a Burglary offense has been filed against Hester. All of the details are not known but Hester will appear again before Lewis on Wednesday morning.
Hester is on bond on drug offenses. The District Attorney has filed for his bonds to be revoked on the pending offenses.
Hester asked Judge Lewis for chemical dependency treatment that he is chemically dependent.
Judge Lewis said that will be addressed on Thursday.
Headland Man Charged with Attempted to Enticing Child

On July 19th, 2014 the Dothan Police Department responded to the 1300 block of Alexander Drive after receiving a complaint of an unknown male chasing two juvenile females.
Officers were told a white male began chasing the two juveniles after they refused free offerings of clothing from the male. The subject chased the juveniles to a residence in the 1200 block of Judson Street, where they were able to make contact with an adult, who watched the male run away.
A search for the subject was conducted and officers located Kennon Hester in the Alexander Courts Apartment Complex. Hester was identified as the subject who chased the juveniles and taken into custody.
- Kennon Obryan Hester, white male, 35 years of age, of Headland, Alabama was arrested and charged with Attempted Enticing Child for Immoral Purposes. Hester will be held with No Bond.
All persons arrested are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
