Alabama Governor Robert Bentley has FIRED Spencer Collier, the secretary ( boss ) of Alabama Law Enforcement. You remember, the agency created by Senator Dell Marsh that was going to save Alabama $ 35 million dollars.

To date, no one has found the savings. But when a politician states something will save money, well the public never believes them.

FACT 2

Secretary Spencer Collier said he was on leave for medical. The Governor said it was because Spencer Collier disobeyed orders.

Collier gave an affidavit in the case of Alabama Speaker of the House Mike Hubbard for Prosecutor Matt Hart.

Now Hart works for Luther Strange, but Strange said he is not involved in the investigation of Mike Hubbard. News reports are Matt Hart threatened Collier for the affidavit. News reports are Matt Hart was feeding certain media outlets in order to smear Mike Hubbard. There are tape recordings but the Lee County Circuit Judge will not let the public hear the tapes.

Was Spencer Collier on medical leave? Was he suspended by the Governor for disobeying orders?

We are dealing with politicians. The truthful answer probably will never be found.

FACT 3

Today Alabama Governor Robert Bentley FIRED Spencer Collier as Secretary of Alabama Law Enforcement Agency. In an investigation conducted by, well guess, Alabama Law Enforcement, they have found "possible" wrong doing.

And that investigation has been turned over to, well guess, Luther Strange.

We do not know if Luther is turning that investigation over to his hit man Matt Hart. You know the one accused of leaking to the media where there are tapes that the public can not hear them.

FACT 4

Last year Alabama Governor Robert Bentley was surprised by his wife of almost 50 years filing for a divorce. When the Governor was served the divorce papers, Governor Bentley was also served a subpoena for a deposition. That is sworn testimony, under oath, in front of a court reporter.

The Governor quickly settled the divorce.

FACT 5

A lot of rumors around Montgomery Alabama when the Governor’s wife of 50 years filed for the divorce. And one name that kept showing up was Rebekah Caldwell Mason.

FACT 6

Spencer Collier issued statements today and was quoted in news articles.

Collier called out reporters Chuck Dean, Governor Robert Bentley’s Chief Advisor Rebekah Caldwell Mason, Acting ALEA Secretary Stan Stabler, SBI Director Gene Wiggins and Stabler’s PIO Anna Morris.

Collier accused Dean of being a personal news outlet for Mason saying " I will be damned if I will let you, Rebekah Mason, Stan Stabler ( an outright racist ), Gene Wiggins or Anna Morris drag my name through the mud, and hurt my family. I promise there is much more to come".

Collier welcomes an investigation by the Attorney General. ( That is the same office that wanted an affidavit from Collier in their favor ).

And Collier states that Rebekah Collier "has isolated the Governor from people that he has trusted for years. She has cut off lines of communication between the Governor and ( state officials and legislators ) people that have been close to him than anybody. They can not even communicate with the Governor without having to go through Rebekah Caldwell Mason".

AND THE PUNCH LINE

Collier then drops the bombshell: " I also have much more information forthcoming to include dates, times, complaints from security officers, complaints from the Governor’s Office Staff, complaints from Bentley family members and A U D I O   R E C O R D I N G S. However, Collier ( fired Collier ) states " there are other criminal investigations involving the administration ongoing, and I refuse to jeopardize those, but in due time it will all be made public".
