Hit and Run on Burdeshaw Possibly Stolen

Dothan Police responded to a hit and run on West Burdeshaw. According to the victim and witness, the vehicle matched the description of one reported to be stolen just a few seconds earlier from the loading dock area of the Dothan Eagle located on Troy Street. This has not yet been confirmed by Police.

A witness stated a slider back male was walking down the street and just got into the car and took off and was last seen heading West on Troy Street.  The car was described as a tan or gold colored mitsubishi Gallant. The hit and run vehicle was this same make and color. The wreck is being investigated by the Dothan Police Traffic Division.
