Houston County Deputies in Foot Pursuit after Traffic Stop

DOTHAN: Houston County Deputies stopped a vehicle in the 2900 block of West main near Walgreens. While the deputies were taking information and running it one person got rabbet fever and took off running across Main Street toward the Hop-In. Deputies gave chase while other deputies and Dothan Police responded to back them up. A short time after calling out with the foot pursuit the subject was apprehended. Dothan Fire responded to check the suspect in reference to a K-9 apprehension.


Note: to all persons wanting to run from law enforcement… Make sure the one you are running from isn’t a K-9 Unit!!!!!
