Houston County Make Arrest in Manufacturing of Methamphetamine and Trafficking in Methamphetamine

On August 3, 2011 the Houston County Sheriff's Office responded to an assault call on Greg Road Ashford, Al. and during the investigation of the assault, deputies discovered chemicals used in the manufacturing of methamphetamine.


 


Upon further investigation by narcotic’s investigators, approximately one gallon of methamphetamine oil was recovered, which can be processed into 2 ½ ounces of finished product of methamphetamine with a street value of $3,000.00.



Houston County Sheriff's Office charged John Francis Curtis Jr. a 44 year old male of Bradenton Florida and April Hudson a 27 year old female of Holms County, Florida with Manufacturing of Methamphetamine 1stwith a bond of $170,000.00 and Trafficking in Methamphetamine with a bond of $50,000.00.
