Houston County Man Gets 30 Months In Federal Prison

Samuel P. Wadsworth, 41, a resident of Houston County, Alabama, was sentenced to federal prison for a federal felony conviction for failing to register as a sex offender, United States Attorney George L. Beck, Jr., announced today.


A federal grand jury indicted Wadsworth in June 2012, for one count of failing to register and update a registration as required by the Sex Offender Registration and Notification Act.
