Houston County School Board Drama

HOUSTON COUNTY:    Well none of the media was present for what is routinely a boring meeting. That being the Houston County Board of Education.


But as sources have told us, Houston County School Board Member Bobby Harrell was apparently not a happy camper with School Supt. Tim ( Henry County resident ) Pitchford.


Our UNCONFIRMED information is, Pitchford has forgotten he has a school board. And apparently 'ol Tim has been making decisions and not following protocol. And that has chapped Bobby Harrell.


Which is about time. The Houston County School Board has been one of the most USELESS forms of government and a complete waste of money. They have allowed Tim to be unrestrained. In fact over the years, when Tim took EXLAX, the board members ran to the commode!!!


Someone must have given Bobby some courage pills for him to finally challenge Pitchford. And for Bobby to place Pitchford in the hot seat.


We are working on all of the details. But we are told the issue is with some contract persons. Some, which were not at the meeting, have told me that Pitchford told some of the contract persons not to report for work for a few days.


Pitchford will be kissing the Bobby rear I am sure.


As you can guess, Pitchford does not like me and will not answer my questions. And one has to go sit in his office prior to the meetings. The board members will huddle in his office prior to the meeting to discuss issues. Sp in the meeting all will go...rubber stamp!


Thanks to Bobby Harrell for finally STANDING UP! Not sure what courage pills you took but keep taking them!
