On February 5, 2010 at approximately 1730 hrs., the Houston County Sheriff’s Office was conducting a follow-up investigation into drug activity. The Houston County Sheriff’s Office conducted a traffic stop at Ross Clark Circle and Kinsey Rd. on a gray Chevrolet Impala driven by Xavier Damon Henry a 28 year old male of Dothan, AL.
The Houston County Sheriff’s Office recovered 112 grams (1/4 lb.) of marijuana with a street value of $500.00 from the vehicle and charged Xavier Damon Henry with Possession of Marijuana 1st with a bond set at $15,000.00
Xavier Damon Henry was also charged on an outstanding warrant for a Violation of Probation (Unlawful Possession of a Controlled Substance.)
