HOUSTON COUNTY:   A one day trial before Circuit Judge Kevin Moulton for Rape in the first degree.

In a case made by Dothan Police Department against Lamario Dubose for Rape in the first degree, a Houston County Jury deliberated for three minutes before returning a NOT GUILTY verdict.

Dubose was represented by Dothan Attorney Dustin Fowler and Derek Yarbrough. The case was prosecuted by the Houston - Henry County District Attorney Office.
