Inmate Escapes from Montgomery Alabama Work Center

MONTGOMERY, AL (WSFA) -
The Alabama Department of Corrections has confirmed that 53-year-old Jimmie Lee Collins escaped from the Red Eagle Work Center at 9:10 p.m. on Monday.
Collins is currently serving a 40-year sentence after being convicted of first degree robbery in Pike County in 1990.
