HENRY COUNTY: Drama in Henry County beginning at 5 PM. The location will be at the Henry County Board of Education building. The event will be the meeting of the “alleged” adults of the Henry County School Board.
I say “alleged” adults, because some of the school board members have forgotten their focus and mission – the children – the education – the staff.
However, three board members, (1) Mary Wiggins (2) Jean Bush (3) Mary Culver have all forgotten the mission. Currently their mission is, they do not like the Superintendent Lesa Knowles and they want to make life difficult. As a result, the children, the education and the staff are suffering.
Now, I am all for asking questions and holding people’s feet to the fire. I am not for rubber stamping. And if the questions are legitimate and the reasons are legitimate, hey I am all for asking questions. But this trio, from what I have gathered, is not about what is right but about their agenda. Well, about Mary Wiggins agenda.
From what I understand Jean Bush and Mary Culver are not leaders. They are simple followers. All they can do is whatever Mary Wiggins tells them to do. From my understanding, Bush and Culver can not originate ideas and can not tell right from wrong, they can only do what Mary Wiggins tells them to do and help Mary move her agenda. And it is apparent the agenda appears to be revenge then what is right.
Tonight the school board meeting should have a large crowd. And the public will be watching the actions and watching Mary Wiggins, Jean Bush and Mary Culver. While they expect Wiggins and her games, the people expect Bush and Culver to straighten up and do what is right and correct. Not to be a Wiggins puppet.
Alabama School Supt. Dr. Bice has already had to travel to Abbeville Alabama and talk stern to the board members. Bice told them straighten up or the State of Alabama will take the board over.
