Jackson County Deputies Catch Armed Robber

On 9-8-2012, deputies from the Jackson County Sheriff’s Office responded to a report of an armed robbery at Taylor Cuts Barber Shop located at 3326 Plantation Circle Marianna, Florida. The victim reported that a male subject entered the shop, armed with a handgun, and took an undetermined amount of money and fled on foot. During the course of the ensuing investigation, a suspect was developed. Evidence gathered during the course of the investigation allowed investigators to determine that probable caused existed to charge the suspect in the robbery. The suspect was identified as Jeremy Barkley of Marianna, Florida. Sheriff Roberts wishes to thank the public for their assistance with this investigation.
