Jackson County Sheriff's Office Arrest Two after Responding to a Burglary Call

On August 3, 2014 a deputy from the Sheriff’s Office responded to a Burglary located on Wintergreen Road, where numerous firearms were stolen. During the investigation it was learned that Joseph Redmon and Quashawn Perry a juvenile had been at the house to ask for some gas, before the victim went to church. Later while the victim was gone from his residence Redmon and Perry returned driving a gray 4 door car and broke into the residence. Redmon and Perry were apprehended a short time later in Marianna. Two of the firearms were recovered initially. Perry is a juvenile and direct information was filed by the State Attorney’s office. Both Redmon and Perry were arrested and placed in the county jail.
