  On 5-28-2013, the Jackson County Sheriff’s Office responded to a report of a residential burglary in the 5700 block of Fort Road in Greenwood, Florida. The responding deputies confirmed that the residence had been forcefully entered and several items removed from the residence. An ensuing investigation allowed investigators to develop as suspects, Billy Ray Nicholas and Roxie Dianne Nicholas, a brother and sister also residing in the Greenwood, Florida area. On 6-25-2013, investigators obtained warrants for the arrest of Billy Ray Nicholas and Roxie Dianne Nicholas for the charge of burglary of a dwelling. They were arrested the same day and booked into the Jackson County Jail to await first appearance.
