In this scam, it appears one of a Facebook member’s friends “Messengers” the member stating the CEO of Facebook is giving away $90,000.  The friend states they have contacted the CEO and received the money. When the member makes contact with Facebook, the member is giving a name and the information of a person represented as a UPS Manager. They are instructed to send a specified amount  of money ($500) through UPS or MoneyGram and told the $90,000 will be delivered in 24 hours.

The fact is someone has hacked the member’s Facebook account and attempting to scam the member’s friends.  Do not send money, the $90,000 will not be delivered and you will be out the amount of money you sent.  Do not ever send money, unless you know for a fact who you are sending the money too.
