Joint Operation Search Warrant Leads to Eleven Narcotics Arrests

On June 9th a narcotics search warrant was executed at 321 NE Smith Drive, Ft. Walton Beach by members of the Okaloosa County Narcotics Unit, K‐9 Unit and with assistance from the Ft. Walton Beach Police Department.
The following persons were present during the search warrant execution and were arrested: Terry J. Ryan Jr., 38, 321 NE Smith Drive, FWB. Active warrants for Distribution of Heroin within 1000 feet of a school and using a 2‐way Communication to Facilitate a Felony, additionally charged with Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
Emily N. Cunningham, 28, 321 NE Smith Dr., FWB. Active warrant for Possession of a Controlled Substance and Drug Paraphernalia, additionally charged with Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
Vetura L. Green, 37, 101 Water St., Apt. A., FWB. Active warrant for Violation of Felony Probation, additionally charged with Possession of Methamphetamine and Introduction of Contraband into a Detention Facility.
Kimberly D. Blair, 42, at large. Active warrant for Trafficking Methamphetamine, additionally charged with Distribution of Heroin within 1000 feet of a school and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
James P. Armstrong, 38, 321 NE Smith Dr., FWB. Charged with Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
Philip J. Miller, 45, 321 NE Smith Dr., FWB. Charged with Possession of Controlled Substance and Drug Paraphernalia.
Charina Drab, 35, 321 NE Smith Dr., FWB. Charged with Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
Adrienn C. Armstrong, 38, 321 NE Smith Dr., FWB. Charged with Possession of Controlled Substance and Drug Paraphernalia.
Keith W. Colemen, 31, 101 Water St., Apt. A., FWB. Charged with Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
Joshua C. Owens, 31, 321 NE Smith Dr., FWB. Charged with Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
Elizabeth Strength, 19, 321 NE Smith Dr., FWB. Charged with Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Large amounts of drug paraphernalia to include syringes, scales, baggies and smoking devices were located.
Heroin, methamphetamine and prescription pills were seized as well.
