Judge Jacob Walker Denies Media Use Of Laptop In Courtroom - Wants To Make It Difficult On Media

LEE COUNTY:    You know Judges are above talking to the public. Well, unless they want to get elected.

The state employee in the capacity of a Circuit Court Judge, Jacob Walker of Lee County Alabama, has denied the media from being allowed to have their laptop in the courtroom during the trial of Alabama Speaker of the House Mike Hubbard.

The request was made to allow media members to type the courtroom activity rather than spend the day taking notes. And then the night writing the detailed articles of what the court testimony was about. The article could be typed as the trial progressed.

This trial is important to the integrity of the political system of this state. The facts as they are discussed in court are important to the very people which pay the salary and hefty retirements of bureaucrats such a Judge Jacob Walker III.

But it is those very facts that Judge Jacob Walker III apparently want to hide from the public. And he wants to make it extremely difficult on the media persons covering the trial.

Technology is a part of today’s society. The request was not to record or video, just allow the laptop in order to type as things developed.

So to the public, apparently Judge Jacob Walker III, as other politicians, this one in a black robe, wants to make it difficult on the media. Write notes, and spend the night writing your articles.

Oh, Walker is also one of this who sucks a government check so when he retires he can draw like a $ 10,000.00 a month check for doing nothing the rest of his life!

There is definitely something in the collar of the black robes that Judges wear, that cuts off the oxygen to their brains and kills brain cells. Cause sometimes they can be soooooo ( Jacob Walker III ) stupid!

The laptops were allowed in the media room of the United States Federal Court before Judge Myron Thompson in the bingo trials, and have been used in other state courts all of the time.
