DOTHAN, Alabama, November 18, 2015 : Judge Lori Collier Ingram will make an announcement at noon today at the Wiregrass Rehabilitation Center Lion’s Hall. Currently Judge Ingram serves as Houston County District Judge, Place 1. She has served in this role since January 2009.
