Arguments between Assistant District Attorney Sam Clenny and Defense Attorney Tom Brantley regarding what will allowed into evidence during the trial of Mark Anthony Beecham dominated the case Monday. Jury selection did not begin until mid-afternoon--- opening arguments are expected Tuesday morning.
