KARATE TOURNAMENT SCHEDULED

The Department of Leisure Services and the World Yoshukai Karate School will host the 33^rd Annual Southern Region Open Karate Tournament on Saturday, November 3^rd at the Dothan Civic Center. 

Registration for participants will be held on November 3^rd from 8:30-10:00 a.m. at the Dothan Civic Center on the ground floor.  Competition will begin at 10:00 a.m.  There is a $50 registration fee. Spectators are welcome and there will be an admission charge of $7 for adults and $5 for children ages 6-12.

This year’s Tournament Host is Mike Culbreth, 7^th Degree Black Belt and Hiroaki Toyama, 8^th Degree Black Belt and Directors of the World Yoshukai Karate Kobudo Organization.
