Kinsey Police Officer Ryan Brunson Dies From Motorcycle Accident

On Sunday afternoon Ryan Brunson was involved in a single motorcycle accident on First Avenue in Ashford. Reports are Brunson was ejected from the motorcycle and he struck a concrete culvert head first.


Brunson was rushed to SAMC and placed in the Intensive Care Unit over night. This morning he passed away from the injuries sustained in the accident.


Brunson was raised in the Pansey - Ashford community. He attended and graduated from schools in Ashford. He worked for www.rickeystokesnews.com, later for Ashford Police and was a current police officer in Kinsey.


Brunson was married to Michelle Brunson who is a Houston County Sheriff Deputy. His parents are Neal and  Cathy Brunson, and late grandparents are Roy and Betty Williams.
