Law Enforcment confiscated and destroyed nearly 900 marijuana plants in Geneva County

Geneva County, Ala (WTVY) The Geneva County Sheriff's Office and Alabama Law Enforcement Agency (ALEA) confiscated and destroyed nearly 900 marijuana plants over the past two days.
The 860 plants were found in heavily wooded areas throughout the county Tuesday and Wednesday morning.
Sheriff Tony Helms says the largest amount of plants were found between Highway 52 and Goathill Road near Sysco Foods. Others were found off of Rec Park Road and Skyline Avenue.
