ALABAMA:     The following is an example of the corrupt politics and those in charge.

In United States Federal Court in Mobile, in an article posted today, a man was sentenced to 30 months in federal prison. The man, Carlos Albert Garcia, was sentenced to 30 months for being involved in a scheme to smuggle weapons from Mobile Alabama to a Mexican drug cartel.

An arrangement was made to buy 23 AR-15 Assault rifles, four m-16 assault rifles, five M-203 grenade launchers, 10 40mm grenade projectiles and 24 9mm Beretta pistols.

The plan was to provide weapons to members of the Gulf Cartel in Mexico.

FORMER ALABAMA GOVERNOR DON SIEGELMAN

In the United States Federal Court in Montgomery, Former Alabama Governor Don Siegelman was convicted of bribery in that, he sold a seat on a hospital regulatory board to former HealthSouth CEO Richard Scrushy in exchange for $ 500,000.00 donation to Siegelman’s unsuccessful attempt for the VOTERS of Alabama to have a CHANCE TO VOTE for a lottery.

Siegelman was successful in the VOTERS of Alabama having the CHANCE TO VOTE. But the voters of Alabama rejected the lottery.

After the jury convicted Siegelman, the life time appointed Federal Judge from Enterprise Alabama, Mark Fuller, sentenced Alabama’s former Governor to 78 months in Federal Prison.

WAIT - WAIT - WAIT

It is better to try and ship weapons to a Mexican drug cartel then to give an appointment on a regulatory board for the people of Alabama a "chance" to vote.

In fact, it is 42 months WORST on the former Alabama Governor.

BUT WAIT - WAIT - WAIT

The man in the black cloth, the anointed one, who sentenced Siegelman has a LIFETIME appointment, a six figure salary...and he beat his wife. He is Mark Fuller!

The other "anointed" ones, will not let "the man in black cloth" who sentenced Siegelman do anything, OTHER THAN, have his six figure paycheck direct deposited for doing nothing!!!

And It Is Called JUSTICE!!!

Some 2,000 years ago, the persons in charge, are reported to have done the following:

And we think it is different today.

His enemies have used this fine man for a yo-yo for years. If he could only get a fair trial/hearing, there is nothing to the case. Old Scrushy (the biggest crook ever in Alabama) has already served his sentence and is home. Our sorry excuse for a governor could easily pardon Don. He's been punished enough!
