Local Doctor Remembered with Building Dedication

DOTHAN: The memory of D. Keith Granger, M.D was celebrated this evening with a building dedication. 

The orthopedic surgeon who spent 25 years servicing patients at Southern Bone and Joint, succumbed to cancer last year. Those who know him best say that he was a devoted husband, committed father and remarkable physician. 

"The one thing that really stood out for us is how much his patients loved him. The care that he took care of them makes me want to be a better doctor." said Dr. Judson Moore of Southern Bone and Joint.
 
Dr. Granger leaves behind his wife Terri and their six children. 

"Trying to emulate him and his style, his love of his job and his love of his patients is something that we should all strive to do better." said Moore.

The celebration took place last night at Southern Bone and Joint.
