Long Time Eufaula Councilman Passes Away

EUFAULA:    Eufaula City Councilman Samuel Lipscomb has passed away this afternoon. At the time of his death Commissioner Lipscomb was in a Dothan hospital following a heart attack earlier this week.

Commissioner Lipscomb has been a long time serving commissioner in Eufaula.

Funeral arrangements will be announced by Chapman Funeral Home in Eufaula at a later time.
