Luther Files CRAP Against Dothan

DOTHAN:   Luther Strange, the Attorney General of the State of Alabama, has filed a lawsuit against the City of Dothan.


And it is a bunch of crap!!!


Strange has filed a lawsuit about Dothan's sewage overflows.


Strange claims Dothan has violated the crap, excuse me the sewage permits. 


A problem that Dothan Mayor Mike Schmitz inherited. It was created long before Schmitz took over the reigns of Dothan. He has tried to fix the problem. 


To fix it, Dothan probably needs a massive firing in order to fix the problem. The first should begin with the Legal Department.


The Dothan Commission allows that department to continue to get this city in trouble. It is the job of Freddie Len White, Kevin Kelly and Joe Herring to keep Dothan out of trouble. But their negligence in the management of legal issues is costing Dothan millions.


There is no oversight and management over the legal department. The only one with sense in Dothan is Delvik McKay and the Dothan Personnel Department. They have hired someone with walking around sense to represent them. NOTE:  McKay works for the 5 members of the Dothan Personnel Board. The Dothan Commission and City Manager has ZERO say so or management over McKay or the Personnel Board. And they are smart enough to say, NO WAY is Len White or Dothan's full time Legal Department going to represent them.


White works DIRECTLY for the members of the Dothan Commission. They have the sole power to hire and fire the members of that department. And they have been told, and told, and told. But they continue to let it fall of deaf ears.


So the work that Dothan Mayor Mike Schmitz  has done to resolve these crap issues, now Luther Strange is on CRAP patrol.


And the Judge now in charge of the crap, is Circuit Judge Mike Conaway.


When the Dothan Commission gets the back bone needed, yes Kenward - I am talking about you! You are great in running that mouth at commission meetings but not real good on the back bone in getting the problem fixed. You need to then begin replacing the department head and those below that are responsible for this crap.


Ferguson, you analyze the travel requests. Guess it is time for you to analyze management. And Amos, instead of cat scratching Ken Curtis, might be time for you to place your foot right square into some buttocks!


And West has been here since 2004, I guess that needs to be addressed also.


Until Dothan handles the crap of leadership, the crap being dumped ain't getting fixed.


Because so far, it is just CRAP.
