Man Arrets for First Degree Theft of Services

The Dothan Police Department recently released information regarding a man wanted for felony theft of services. At that time police said a warrant had been signed against Jeffrey Hovermale after an investigation revealed he failed to pay for repairs made to his vehicle at a local dealership. Police say the repairs were completed in May, 2012 and the car was kept by the dealership after payment was not received until such payment was made however the car was removed without authorization leading to the investigation. Police say Hovermale was arrested on August 1, 2012 after surrendering himself to authorities.
· Jeffrey Hovermale, white male, 32 years of age, of Arapahoe Lane was arrested for First Degree Theft of Services.
