On 08/24/2016 Investigators arrested and charged 23 year old Shonqueze Tyrell Franklin, of N. Lena Street, with Unlawful Breaking & Entering a Motor Vehicle. Bond has been set at $15,000.


All persons arrested are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
