Man Charged with 23 counts of Possession of Obscene Matter of a Child

On July 12, 2014 the Houston County Sheriff's Office received a report of sexual misconduct against a juvenile under the age of seventeen, which occurred in Dothan, Al.
The Houston County Sheriff's Office, assisted by the Dothan Police Department, concluded the investigation of sexual misconduct today July18, 2014 which led to John Arthur Boring a 30 year male being charged with 23 counts of Possession of Obscene Matter of a Child and is being held in the Houston County Jail on a $345,000.00bond.
This investigation is still ongoing and additional charges pending.
