The Juvenile Investigations Division have arrested and charged 24 year old Richard Anthony Vaught, of West State Highway 52 Taylor, with Electronic Solicitation of a Child and Transmitting Obscene Material to a child.


These charges stem from online activity with a female juvenile that began in August 2015. Due to the sensitive nature of this case, no other details can be released.


Bond has been set at $25,000.00 on each charge, totaling $50,000.00
