Man Charged with Multiple Theft Chrges in Jackson County

On February 26, 2013, The Jackson County Sheriff’s Office arrested Buddy Randall Wyatt for two counts of Uttering a Forged Instrument.
On February 12, 2013, the Sheriff’s Office had received a complaint from a Victim advising that someone had stolen her checkbook and had written two checks on her account. One of the checks was written for $95.00 and the other check was written for $279.25.
Upon further investigation, it was determined that Buddy Randall Wyatt had in fact presented both of the fraudulently written checks and received goods or services in exchange for the checks on February 6, 2013.
On February 26, 2013 Investigators obtained an arrest warrant for Buddy Randall Wyatt. Wyatt was located at his residence and arrested on the warrants. Buddy Randall Wyatt is currently housed in the Jackson County Jail awaiting first appearance.
