Man Charged with Second Degree Criminal Possession of a Forged Instrument

On October 31, 2012 the Dothan Police Department made a felony arrest following a recent investigation. Police say Lindsay Brown Junior was arrested after the investigation revealed he illegally deposited several checks belonging to someone else into his account for personal gain.

 

 

·        Lindsay Brown Junior, black male, 51 years of age, of East Main Street was arrested and charged with Second Degree Criminal Possession of a Forged Instrument with a $2,500 bond. All persons arrested are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
