Man held in Blount Co. double homicide identified

BLOUNT COUNTY, AL (WBRC) -Blount County authorities are investigating a double homicide at a home in the area.


A man and a woman were shot and killed around 11:45 p.m. Monday night in the 1100 block of County Highway 10, according to Blount County District Attorney Pamela Casey. 


Heath Benson Moore, 41, is in custody. The victim's names have not been released pending family notification.
