Man On Water Tower Threatens To Jump

MIDLAND CITY / DOTHAN: At 5:42 AM Midland City Police requested Dothan Policevrespond to Wallace College at the water tower. Reports were a male subject on the water tower threatening to jump.
As units were rolling Dothan 911 reported the male subject was indecent exposure.
Prior to the arrival the Dothan units were cancelled. Dothan 911 reported the subject was down and units were escorting back to his residence.
Later a lookout was broadcast for a person driving a Buick dressed in underwear. not sure if the same person which left his house.
Sometimes you gotta just scratch your head.
