Man Seriously Injured In Escambia County Crash

This morning around 10:50 A.M., Florida High Patrol Troopers were dispatched to a one vehicle wreck. The driver, Timothy C Calusell, 50, of Pensacola, was seriously injured in the crash. The vehicle reportedly blew a tire, causing the vehicle to run off the roadway. The driver was charged with Driving While License Suspended.
A 1997 Chevrolet truck was traveling eastbound on I-10 (State Road 8) approaching the 19 mile marker post. The left rear tire on the Chevrolet blew, causing the truck to leave the roadway onto the South shoulder. The truck then overturned. The truck's final resting place was facing South overturned on the South shoulder of I-10.
