Marianna Man Charged with Stalking

On July 1, 2014 at approximately 3:50 PM, the Jackson County Sheriff’s Office received a call from a female stating that she was at Wal-Mart and that her ex-boyfriend was in the parking lot, violating her Injunction for Protection. The female was able to give a description of the male subject and the vehicle he was standing beside.


 


   Upon the arrival of the deputy, he made contact with the victim and also observed the male suspect still in the parking lot, within the 500 feet perimeter set by the Injunction. In addition to the deputy observing the violation, there were several witnesses to the violation.


 


   Upon the deputy taking the male into custody on the violation, the male made numerous threats to kill the victim, her family and the deputy upon being released from jail. He had to be physically restrained and was transported to the County Jail without further incident.


 


   Arrested: Charlie Blake Knight 30 years old


                     Marianna, Florida


 


   Charges: Aggravated Stalking after Injunction for Protection
