Marianna Police Arrest Two on Multiple Charges

    On March 14, 2017 the victim was kidnapped by Anthony Holden and Jabre’ Gilbert and forced to drive them around. When kidnapped, the victim was robbed by both Holden and Gilbert for cash and a quantity of narcotics. In the process, Holden and Gilbert, displayed pistols and Holden hit the victim over the head with one of the pistols. The victim was able to drive to the Sherriff’s Department where Holden and Gilbert fled on foot. Officers did locate two pistols in the ditch beside the roadway believed to have belonged to Holden and Gilbert.

    Both Holden and Gilbert have warrants for the above charges with nationwide extradition. Both should be considered armed and dangerous. If anyone has any information on the whereabouts of these individuals please contact your local Law Enforcement or Chipola Crime Stoppers at 850-526-5000.
