Marianna Police Charge Two with Burglary

On September 1^st 2014 at approx. 10:55 P.M. Officers with the Marianna Police Department responded to Southside Apartments in reference to a Burglary after a resident observed a black male and a black female exit the woods behind the complex and enter an apartment. Officers approached the apartment to find a black male standing in the door way of the apartment and detained the subject who was identified as Eric Wade. Officers also detained a female who was identified as Ayesha Curry. It was discovered that Curry and Wade were not residents of the complex and had no key to the apartment. Curry advised Officers that she had permission to be at the apartment however Officers were able to make contact with the tenant of the apartment who stated nobody should be at the apartment and advised she had not given anyone permission to enter the apartment. Eric Wade and Ayesha Curry were arrested for Burglary and both subjects were transported to the Jackson County Correctional facility where they will await first appearance.
