MONTGOMERY:    There are a lot of games and manuevers played in Montgomery in the Alabama Legislature.

The Alabama Senate met this week and made organizational committee assignments.

Below we will post that list as per the Alabama Political Reporter. But make a special note that Alabama Senate Pro Tem Del Marsh is Chairman of the Tourism Committee. This Chairmanship neuters Alabama Governor Robert Bentley. The neuter is because to get some things passed Governor Bentley will want to pass, he will be forced to play by Marsh's rules or they will not pass.

That is the way the game is played. That is why Senators were High Fiving after the decisions are made.

Watch the right hand...focus...look close...so while looking at the right hand and focused. they are actually dealing with the left.

I have actually seen decisions made in a committee room. After the decision was made the Senator was stopped and asked to look at it. The legislation was taken in the left hand looked at and the document in the right hand was handed back to the senate and passed. And it was not what was agreed upon in the room.

Think I am not telling the truth? Spend time and watch.

With Marsh on the Tourism, watch Indian legislation this session! I am just warning you!!!
